I can't believe I have to read this crap from some of y'all. The vg engine was rated the best sports car engine coming out of Japan for a while so it can't be crap, just a pain to work with, trust me i know. I work on these cars all the time. Supra engines would smoke like my grandfather, a big problem. And who said the Z was ugly? The z32 model 300zx was rated one of the best looking cars in the 90s and it was the only car coming from Japan to make the list for the 90s models. Though the times may seem off, the cars are being tested on the same day, same atmospheric pressure, same temperature. I love both cars and they both have ups and downs.

Oh yeah and 303277, i love older supras. I just think that the 300zx is ugly as balls and id take a MKIII over it any day. No offense to you.

the zx does not have a terrible engine, its just a pain to work on like stated above...... both are nice cars, i also own a supra but i like 300zx's too. And the numbers on this test seemed completley wrong.

anyone ever seen a Zx do this on the stock tranny, stock drivetrain(except for Clutch and Driveshaft) or the stock rear suspension(with coilovers)? Didnt think so.

And if you think the 300zx(which was designed in the 80's) looks good! You are a complete retard.

Ok let me comment again, ass hole. The ZX has a TERRIBLE engine. Go look up one for sale and tell me why something with 45,000 miles cant pass a compression test. Ask a REAL z guy and he'll tell you his engine isnt all that. I KNOW the shop where i get MY car worked on also works on Z's and they complain about it constantly. Thats why one of the guys put a 2jz in his. You cant even compare the two. Tell you what, why dont you run 727rwhp on your stock block like i do in my Supra. And then when you really wanna break something, run 1400rwhp on ur stock tranny like Ryan Woon does. There is no comparison. You think cars are worth alot for no reason? You dont think there is a reason that a 95 supra with 40k miles costs 40k? You get what you pay for. So ZX guy, challenge me. I dare you
