Okay here's the deal the VERY first year the 09's will only come in automatic. The years following will come with a Tremec 6-spd.

Just like Gaffy said, 09 Challenger SRT-8 will have the 6.1L Hemi with 425HP (below the actual numbers, trust me ive seen the actual dyno's at the plant) and will come with a 6speed manual that comes from the viper and the RT will have the 5.7 Hemi, auto or manual.

actually in 2009 the challenger srt-8 will come with the 6.1L hemi with an option of auto or manual...the same goes with the r/t but with the 5.7L hemi
