There's gotta be something they can't get under. Maybe a bridge or overpass, or low wires, who knows. A bunch of truck drivers aren't going to randomly go the wrong way down the highway.

How there was no accidents I don't know...

I got a feeling there must be a low bridge or tunnel just beyond the camera and the trucks must not be able to pass. Maybe it was not posted and there not so stupid, maybe kids took the sign down. Who knows.
