Honda Tuning had an intake comparison a few years ago with an RSX TypeS. Stock the car made 158hp and 120ft*lb.

my RSX-S turbo is on about 7psi getting 254whp. Anyway a mildly modded Type-S should even challenge a SC TC

I'm going to have to agree with typesvtec, I have an 04 WRX with 254whp(on 20psi), i raced an rsx-s with i/h and headerback exhaust.. I pulled him 1/2 car on 16psi and he stuck there up to 115 where he let off...

at the same time the rsx type s has 200 stock and the supercharged tc is a lil over 200. rsx is faster with them mods it should have killed that car.

ive got a tc and the video is pretty legit. The same thing happens to me and my friend with a new si with the k20 in it. From a dig or from first gear when the rsx is out of vtec the tc will do that to it. The rsx is a faster car no doubt about it. The rsx if you do not notice was gaining in the tc and when the tc "hit his brakes" the rsx was getting ready to fly past him. The type s is a high 14 sec car where the tc is a mid 15 sec car. type Svtec theres no way on earth you beat a turbo tc, Maybe a TuRD supercharger cause that thing is weak. Turbo tc's run on 350z's easy and run 13's cars at 8 psi. Soo umm yea learn something before you make false statements about turbo tc's.

alright.....listen up...the rsx is faster...plain and simple. The rsx didnt launch right but even so he would have smoked that tc. i have a 03 type S and i'v raced plenty of scions and smoked them, even a turbo one and all i have is i/h/e...and i beat gti's....If that is a type s and he has the same bolt ons as me then that scion would have no chance. Either that wasnt a type S or he didnt have an intake on it becase with an intake, you can really hear vtec kick in. And for all you haters, a stock rsx has 200 hp to the crank and around 181whp.....a stock rsx runs high 14's with a good driver, given the bolt on's that this car has, he's running low 14's. So before any of you speak, learn something about the car your talkin sh** on.
