please tell me that the camera just wasnt capturing all the strobes effects... if it was then i would not even think twice about u being behind me with those...

another walk around of my 1991 Chevrolet caprice 9C1 at night , but with new strobe lights in the head lights from street glow they kinda look like police lights i guess. oh yeah just to let people now i am not a cop and will never be a cop i just like to use their cars. their computer is programed different which makes them faster
