every town needs a well run streetracing operation such as this, only less likely to get shut down by the cops.unfortunately, there are too many people that run their mouths, not their cars..

Why did they have to make that so hard in the end? If you didn't race, get your $1000 back and go home. If you won a race, you get the other guys money, if you lost a race, you get no money. Apparently you don't have to be smart to run this race.
