Fastener Technology... : these torque wrenches are laid out in their order of precision. the top wrench uses a dial to indicate torque to within 1%-2%, the beam-type wrench is accurate to within 3%-5%, the micrometer style is accurate to within 4%-6%, and the lever type is not much closer than 7%-10%.
