Are you confused? the highest factory rated hp that honda claimed for h-ser ies was 220hp crank 97-01 jdm and the 190hp is underated for so that everb ody buys the used jdm motors i have dynoed more than 20 h22s from 92-01 mo st of them are around 165-170 whp in good condistion most of the guys @ s ea level that ran bubble backes using BF Goodrich DR's hit anywhere from 13.20's to 13.80 depending on model traction and driving skills and suppor ting modds like intake and of course open header!
