The following promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only (including its territories, possessions, and commonwealths, except Puerto Rico and Rhode Island) and will be construed and evaluated according to United States laws. Do not proceed in this site if you are not a legal U.S. resident, 21 years of age or older, and accessing this site in the United States, its territories, possessions, or commonwealths (except Puerto Rico and Rhode Island).

STREETFIRE “MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES” OFFICIAL RULES – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

How to Enter: 1. Online: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time PT on May 1, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. PT on May 31, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), you will automatically obtain at least one (1) “Kudo” (each, an “entry”) into the StreetFire “Monthly Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") by visiting www.StreetFire.net (the "StreetFire Website") and following the directions provided to register as a member. Registration is free. How to Obtain Additional Online Entries: You may obtain additional entries by completing various activities on the Streetfire Website, including, but not limited to, the following:

To obtain additional entries by logging in: visit the StreetFire Website during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the directions provided to log in. Each time you log in, you will receive twelve (1) entries. Limit twelve (12) entries per person and per email address per day via this method. Entries received from any person or email address on any given day after the first entry received via this method from that person or email address on that day will be void.

To obtain additional entries by referring a friend: visit the Streetfire Website during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the directions provided to refer your friends. The friends you refer must be eligible according to these Official Rules. You will receive one (1) entry for each unique email address you submit that subsequently signs up for an account. All information must be complete to be eligible. You may not refer a friend more than once. There is no limit to how many friends can be referred.

To obtain additional entries by watching a video: during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Streetfire Website and watch a video. Each time you watch a video, you will receive one (1) entry. Limit thirty (30) entries per person and per email address per day via this method. Videos watched in excess of thirty (30) by any person or email address on any given day after the first thirty videos watched by that person or email address on that day will not be eligible for entry.

To obtain additional entries by posting a video or photo uploaded by you or another Streetfire member outside the Streetfire Website: during the Sweepstakes Period, post a video that you have uploaded on the Streetfire Website on another site, such as your MySpace page, forums or blogs. You may also use the Forum Embed or HTML to post a photo or video that you or another Streetfire member has uploaded outside the Streetfire Website to obtain additional entries. There is no limit to the number of entries via this method.

You may obtain additional entries each time a Streetfire member votes for your user uploaded video as his/her favorite: during the Sweepstakes Period, each time a Streetfire member votes for any video you have uploaded onto the Streetfire Website, you will receive one entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per video via this method. There is no limit to the number of entries received via this method.

You may obtain additional entries each time you comment on a Streetfire member’s video or photo: during the Sweepstakes Period, each time you comment on a Streetfire member’s video or photo, you will receive one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries made via this method. It is at StreetFire’s discretion to remove comments from any user we deem to be abusing this method and also remove their entries associated with this method of entry.

You may obtain additional entries by creating a profile on the Streetfire Website: during the Sweepstakes Period, log in to the Streetfire Website and follow the directions provided to create a profile. Limit one (1) profile per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Profiles created in excess of the stated limit will be void. You will receive one (1) entry for creating a profile. Users who already have a profile are not eligible for this method of entry.

You may also obtain additional entries by creating a ride on the Streetfire Website: during the Sweepstakes Period, log in to the Streetfire Website and follow the directions provided to create a ride. Limit ten (10) rides per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Rides created in excess of the stated limit will be void. You will receive one (1) entry for creating a ride.

All online entries must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. PT on May 31, 2008 to be eligible. Eligible activities will be determined by Sponsor and may change throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

2. By Mail: To enter via mail without participating in an eligible activity, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Streetfire “Monthly Sweepstakes,” 12910 Culver Blvd Suite H Los Angeles, CA 90066 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2008 and received by June 7, 2008 to be eligible. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry. You may enter via mail as many times as you wish; however, all mail-in entries must be mailed in separately.

Entries, registrations or eligible activity completions generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means are void. Incorrect, garbled, corrupt, illegible, damaged and incomplete entries or ineligible activities are void. [These Official Rules are also available at the StreetFire Website.]

When you enter at the StreetFire Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming StreetFire, Inc. promotions and information about StreetFire, Inc. and the Participating Product Sponsors (as defined below). Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional, does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. StreetFire, Inc. ("Main Sponsor"), and all Participating Product Sponsors (collectively with Main Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), Ritway, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, all local sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, telephone line, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, Internet Service Provider, cable, satellite, hardware or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; (ii) inability to access the StreetFire Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, logins, profiles, rides, votes, photos or videos; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, videos or photos that are uploaded incorrectly; (iii) printing, typographical, mechanical, network, human or other errors or problems relating to or in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, the processing of entries, registrations or eligible activities, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any entries, registrations, logins, profiles, rides, votes, photos or videos or eligible activities that are late, lost, illegible, damaged, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, inaccurate, garbled, or any combination thereof or for postage-due mail. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Main Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico and Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older as of May 1, 2008, except employees and members of their same households, whether or not related, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Main Sponsor and [Continental Tire, Adam’s Polishes, Superchips, Holley, Eibach, MSD, Fidanza and Bullrun] (collectively, the "Participating Product Sponsors"), Ritway, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors, who are not eligible to enter or win. Main Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person based on such background check if Main Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to such potential winner might reflect negatively on Main Sponsor or any of the Participating Product Sponsors. By entering, all entrants agree to release the Released Parties from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes and/or any injury or harm resulting from the use of the prizes. Any and all warranties and guarantees with respect to any prize are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

How the Winners will be Determined:

Prize Winner Drawing and Notification: The potential winners will be chosen by Main Sponsor in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about June 8, 2008 that will be monitored by Main Sponsor. The odds of winning a prize depends upon on the number of eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Period. The potential winners will be contacted either by phone, e-mail, in writing or in person on or about June 10, 2008. The potential winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law), and return same, fully executed, within five (5) days of date of issuance of prize notification. If Main Sponsor is unable to contact any potential winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt, if any potential winner fails to return all requested forms fully-executed by the specified date, if prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if any potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, his/her place as a potential winner will be forfeited and, at Main Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner(s) may be selected.

General Conditions: Main Sponsor’s decisions with respect all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the use by Sweepstakes Entities and their respective designees of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice, performance and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, including online announcements now or hereafter known, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

If, in the Main Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise, corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Main Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently and (ii) modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or to terminate the Sweepstakes and, at its discretion conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the StreetFire Website. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Main Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Such Authorized account holder will be required to comply with these Official Rules.

Tenth Prize (10): A Bullrun t-shirt and hat. ARV: $10 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $4824.45.

General Prize Conditions: Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Gift certificate is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prizes not specifically addressed above as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand and First Prize winners may also be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prizes [please confirm]. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portion thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
