$500 would have taken the truck minus engine and trans. Engine is a 305 with headers, and an Edelbrock Performer intake, trans is a 700R4. I sold the trans but still have the engine.

I wish I had a V8, but it's got the anemic V6. The tires have about 30% tr ead remaining, and were aired to 35psi. Lower pressure would've helped, b ut I don't have onboard air to air up once I reach the highway. In the vi deo I still had open diffs front and rear, I installed a full-time locker in the rear today.

I was in 4-low, first gear (5spd trans) for the entire video. I really was n't expecting to make it up.
