I agree w/mmats69.. We believe that a GSXR 1000 can do those times, I have a 03 GSXR 1000 never ran it but I wouldn't be surprised if it did 10's. However the launch did not look like a 10 second run!!! I don't think you can deny it, so that being said if you have the time slips to proove it then it would make it that much more impressive after seeing that launch...

True, my budy has an auto and the difference in acceleration is HUGE. Plus the maunal shifters on the steering kinda suck, not sure if they all do that but his can't start from 1st!!! Anyway, good luck w/the traction light!

P.S Have your budy take it to any auto parts store and they will check to see if there's a code for free.

Yeah it's only new to me and it's not fast. For some reason if the check engin light is on traction control start to blink, nothing is wrong with it though. I just fixed the o2 sensor and it's gone w/check light.

Fine let it be $205k i'd still buy the 911 Turbo over a v10 3 series, look better in it, and have $30k left.

I agree w/97stangGT.. (RB26DETT) is right about it being well balanced and a good performing car.. But for $235k would you really buy that over let's say a ferrari, lambo, porsche, heck you can buy 4 new m3's or 2 911 Turbo's.. That being said it's way way over priced, and at the end of the day it's still a 3 series.. Oh by the way I would buy a viper for $80k and dump $20k in it then well see what that beemer can do.

FYI... What's even more expensive than the cars that you are seeing are the licens plates on. Those sing or double digit plates that you are seeing cost LOOOOOOTS of $$$, more than the cars in some cases... They have so much money they don't know what to do with it.. It's all about showing OFF!! Good for them I guess!
The sad part is seeing ppl that spend $100k on plates while their neighboors can't eat!!!!!!
