To be fair looking at the shadows the car was looking to over take as well and the bike was just to eager to get on by, yes the leon should of signaled but there's no indication the bike was as well.I've had cars pull out on me when i'm in my car loads.

If the 306 actually lost all it's crappy stereo equipment, hydralics etc it would be so much quicker.
