For anyone interested- did a compression test a couple of weeks ago; I hit 175 clean accross the board. Coolant levels have not dropped a bit. This is oil burning when it does not go through the combustion process. It's burning off the downpipe.

It's definitely oil- I know it doesn't look blue, but there is no doubt that it's oil. It literally drips oil from the seam of the down pipe to midpipe (didn't have it completely tightened.) I'm thinking it's the Exhaust side Turbo oil seal. The strange engine reving (the car is doing that on it own with throttle) I think must be the AFM or injectors...

The car is a 1990 Toyota Celica All-Trac Turbo. We got the issues all resolved- idle vac line was uncapped.
