Great video. Props to both cars. Impressive how well that 4 door, less power, more weight GT-R stacks up to ANY car. Still I'd take the Ford. Now I know why the FordGT was on the cover of GT3!

Someone with a "650" HP Crustang should be smart enough to know a car like this isn't rice! Common. Seriously its got big power, and its a light RWD car. Unlike your heavy slow-5 Mustang lol. This "ricer" is probably just as fast as your blown V8. Nothing rice about it.

OMG these cars aren't the Opel GT/Solstice/Sky. They are basically the Lotus Elsie. Come from the same factory just different body and options.

Actually Nosfurato I think an LS2 would be lighter than the 2JZ. I know for sure most LSx engines also lighter than the Nissan RB series inline 6 engines. These I6 engines are actually really heavy engines and because they are inline they are longer than a V8 putting even more weight way up front. LS2's are all aluminum with plastic intakes, they are actually really light weight. I6 engines like this 2JZ have a much worse weight distribution I mean that is the main problem with the R32-R34 they are so damn nose heavy. I don't think the Supra was a perfect balanced car either they never seemed to be the best RWD Japanese handling sports cars if I recall. I'm not hating on the swap I'm just trying to clear some of your facts.

Did you dyno the car when you got it? Just wondering what it put down stock since they seem to be under rated from the factory.

I just looked modern F1 V8 engines can rev to 20,000 RPM! Insane. What about Ferraris like the Enzo with their automatics. Even they rev to like 8K! Automatics can't rev past 4K... oh man. Not to mention the guy you just said doesn't know what things are under the hood is a deiseltech. I'm sure he along with everyone else on this site knows more about engines and cars than your punk ass!

BWAHAHAHA CFTC thats the dumbest shit I've ever heard! Almost every professional drag car is an automatic. The fastest transmissions down the 1/4 mile are automatics. F1 cars are automatic, this car is an automatic. Almost all VAG cars with DSGs are FASTER with the 6 speed automatic than with the manual. Example the GTi is faster stock 0-60 with the DSG automatic. And where do you get this 4K RPM from?? F1 cars rev to oh I dunno 12K! You think even this car doesn't? OMG what a moron.

RickardofswedeN: Typical Eupropean hasn't got it in his head that the LS1 is not that heavy by any means. It may be a big V8 but its actually lighter than many modern V6's! In fact its lighter than an RB30 for example. LSX swaps into FCs and S15s are common for a reason buddy. I guess if he put an even heavier, more expensive RB30 in there you wouldn't have said anything about weight am I right?

Out of curiosity how are the IRS setups holding up to this kind of power?? Are they good for drag racing when you get up to that power? Awesome car BTW!
