I like the mini but, I'm thinking the owner isn't very bright. One wrong slip and that truck would have had his ass for a snack.

Nice car but I think driving it would only lead to disappointment for me. "Over 200hp" yeah, mod quick, or get stepped on by 4cyl's all day.

This video was done in a pure stock cobalt. The biggest money and the most noticable difference will come from coilovers. I haven't raced with my current coilovers yet. I raced an event with a set of Ksports and it was a completely different experience. So much more feel and responce. I drive around all the time with mine set on 100%. I like the feel....except when I hit a bump, LOL.

The air filter came with the car. It's still a work in progress. Just installed a new ACCEL ignition coil that looks a little space age compared to the old one.

As soon as I can make a few more adjustments, get it street legal, I'll get it out and stretch it's legs a little.

It's a stock 4spd Fiero transmission. Should have a 5spd in it.

Definate kudos. This is what I like to see. Cool cars bangin' it out legaly instead of a bunch of jackasses streetracing.

Sometimes, when the two cars have raced before, or the drivers decide to do it, they run what's called a grudge match where both cars go head to head. Normally the outside car gets a one car length.
|

That truck is no joke. Not much that shows up at that track can keep up with him.

Where a Cobalt has won big at least once.

Unless you've raced a particular car before you never really know what's going to show up at that track or what it's capable of.

I've beaten that Sentra before and let me tell ya, he was NOT happy. I took the $150 prize money from him on that night. The next time we raced I was feeling generous because I had beaten him before so I gave him the inside and we started heads up(giving him the advantage). He won by the car length that he got by starting even. Then he comes up to me after the race and says, "Yeah, I went ahead and put a nitrous kit on." LOL, guess I deserved what I got.
