wow...thats' some really incredible mustang there....he beat the cherger that went slower than most do in that car...Low 13's are the norm for a stock hemi 6.1 if the driver is worth a &*%% Not impressed by either times...sorry.

Actually, the SRT8 Charger can hold more lateral G's than a miata, unless it's auto-X prepped. It's the braking and weight that'll kill the Charger on a course vs a miata, but if you run them off course, you don't have to worry. Charger gets a dent, miata gets totaled...lol.

This particular SRT8 has beat slightly modified Mustang GTs at the track, before the tune. As for the weight, I don't know why they made the Challenger so heavy, almost the same weight as the Charger. They really had an oppertunity to have a sub 13 second drag-racer on their lineup besides the Viper.

actually, modern mustangs, stock, only reach 155mph before the computer stops acceleration.

the charger is similar to the mustang as far as aerodynamics, so higher speeds are tougher to achieve quickly. That, and it's 4100lbs plus.
