It's actually pretty far away, i actually, have no idea where it is, it's past Mooney a while, maybe a 15-25min drive from the Mooney A&W...You should def. upgrade the turbo. :D hahahaha...

Oh ok, never seen it before, i see some guys that are just as old, if not older sometimes when we all go out to route 172 with some EVOs and stuff... Do ya have and power mods on your 1.8t? Fo sho man, i'll be looking out for an 05 Jetta hehehe

Well, so last night i raced this type-s i was telling you about. Sorry, no film, didn't have my camra in the car unfortunately........ Anyways, we two dig runs, first one i took himby maybe 1/2 car till 65mph-ish and then he pulled up next to me and then we quit, (these were only 1/8th mile runs) And the second run it was exactly the same except i missed third gear... Now, on btothmy runs with him, i got the most horrible launc ever,basically sip your clutch in a honda and at 5mph hit the gas and you have to wait forever to hit VTEC, that's basically what i did both times. And i still took his type-s until 65mph... And i was shifting slow, and i have bad gas in my car (the gas station aparently mixed diesel fuel with the gas...........) Not aking excuses to why i barely lost, just stating theother varibles.... Oh, the type-s has a CAI and exhaust......

Stockers get around a high 6, maybe 6.9-ish....Technically, my car has the SAME whp as a type-s... I just re-read the ProjectCar magazine where they built up a Golf GTi VR6, and it baseline (stock) dyno'd at 166whp... After exhaust, intake, chip, downpipe they ran 177whp out of it... Huh, doesn't the type-s have around 170whp too?? Interesting.... Anways, we could sit here and post all sorts of numbers all day long, i'm just going to say, wait until I post the video of our upcoming race, then we'll see what's going on for real...

16 seconds? Where'd you get that from, wherever you got that info from, ther'ye pretty dumb... I know that the average tC is a fairly slow car and gets a high 15, but what most people fail to understand is that those are crappy drivers with bone stock tCs, most out there automatic (which are up to a second slower) the best time my friend's tC did a 0-60 was a 6.7-ish which is actually faster than a type-s, huh, go figure....

Have you not seen my video of this tC vs. a I/H/E type-s??? Sure the type-s has what, 18ish more hp than the vr6, but how much less torque?? 170 > 140..... I know the type-s is formidable, i try not to diss them anymore, i've got total respect for a good type-s because those things are pretty dang quick, i'm just saying, i can beat one...

BahnBrenner.com" - That chip seems expensive, NEUSPEED and TechTonics make chips for $100 that add around 8whp and raise rev limiter to 6900rpms.... I was thinking of getting one of those, except you have to send in your ECU for them to install the chip, can't really have no car a week...

I mean i'm not even certain i can or not, but even if i don't beat him, i'm going to be keeping hard with a Type-S, you obviously underestimate the Jetta's potential...

i never really said it was fast though... I knew when i was buying it that it wasn't going to be that fast or anything, but i knew it would be quick, and it is! It's very fast for what it is, (a Jetta) and in fact Mr.DC5, i'm about to take out my buddie's DC5 Type-S next time i get a chance, and by comparing the tC in this video's runs against the same Type-S, i'm probably going to beat it...
And yes it does sound sexy!!! It sounds like a 350z now, we straight piped out one of the resonators.....
