I wouldn't doubt he'd be able to pick up at least another 1-2 seconds if he didn't bounce it off the rev. limiter every shift, let alone bouncing it off the rev. limiter for 3 seconds.. and missing two gear changes, with the addition of him bouncing it off yet again all the way down the long straight and not putting the freakin thing into 5th and going even faster.. I see this car breaking it's current record again fixing these issues.

bone stock with weight reduction, and a re-mapped PCM.. seeing how that would be the stock apperance but the addition of 20+whp from the tune.

If you were close I'd race ya in my all stock 05' Evo.. My best and only time at the track was a 12.95 @ 106.32mph with a bad 1.89 60ft. 425HP vs. 276HP.. Heavy car vs. not so heavy car

Cobra.. basically is as simple as whom ever is controlling the underwater tunnels, if they close off that one tunnel, causing a massive rise in pressure, just like electricity the water took the path of least resistance and blew out of the man hole cover.. Just like if you would plug up "old faithful" the steam and water would still find a way out regaurdless if you plugged it or not.. if there's enough pressure it would easily happen

If this was the AMA this is unexcusable. A Professional racing series with a flagger standing there, dumbfounded not waiving the yellow flag.. let alone signalling to flagger at the top of the hill to waive the yellow and red flags to get a cautionary stop of the race. I raced motocross for quite a few years and even at the amatuer tracks if someone has a wreck not only the flagger but the bystanders or fans basically block that area of the track off with immidiate communication between all the people seeing if anyone is a medic or knows anything about first aid and to atleast keep the downed rider lying still till the EMT's arrive.. When I had one of my wrecks (quad motocross) I ended up shattering my eye socket after catching the top lip of a triple and smashing my face on my front bumper (yes it can happen) before flipping over the handle bars and the quad run me over and my chest protector getting caught in the frame gaurd and dragging me for 40 feet then having the machine on the top of my chest.. within I'd say 5 seconds of the quad being stopped the spectators seeing that I couldn't get out they had the quad off of me, and the attention of the start/finish line to waive the red flag.. Now if that can happen in a little Amatuer race.. why not at the professional level?

Now that I've thought about it after most of the video's I've seen on here the guys who drive the little honda's and that can actually drive and shift quickly.. (they have to, to try to keep up really) And just about all of the Evo videos I've seen the drivers are granny shifters.. now take that Honda driver and put him in that Evo.. the Evo just got 4 tenths quicker in the quarter..And that is coming from an Evo owner..12.95 @ 106.32 All stock Evo 8 GSR, with a slow 1.89 60ft.
