I raced the integra on pump to get rid of some gas, and then I had a fuel pump relay fry on me before we could race with me on high boost, and race gas. We were looking forward to that run, but because I was down for the night you all will just have to wait till the next time we both meet.

I dont have the fuel to pump the boost anymore on the cobra. If I had fuel it would be a 650-700 rwhp car easy.

When I bought the car it was trashed. Bad engine, tranny, rear end, wiring. I have been putting it back together for some time now. I run into a gremlin every once in a while, but they are all small things now.

intake is called a downs for upper (kinda hard to search for). They have very reasonable numbers up top, and thats one of the reasons I got it. I wont be changing the stock rims. Kinda hard to have a cobra, and not have the turbine wheels. If they ever made a 5 lug cobra replica I would buy it and change to 5 lug though.

it has way more than 42 lb injectors. cause all they handle is 500 whp, and about the same for a 255 walbro forced induction pump, unless its inline like the t-rex. I have 42 lb injectors, afr 185 heads, and low compression built block. Thats the rest of the stuff is all supporting mods. You can ask anyone that rides in my car its dipping 10.5 afr, and lower. ITs a really safe tune cause murillo wasnt too happy with the top end, (breaking up a lil). So he put me on a safe tune, and that turned out to be 450 at 8.5 psi. I am overall very happy with the setup, but will be looking forward to a Precision 76gts in the near future with my new fuel system, and some 60lb injectors. I wont be happy till I have a very streetable 650 hp. And that should be acomplished somewhere around 15 psi.

OK pulled up the article, and he has very advanced fuel system, very ported trickflow heads, a much more agressive lunati turbo cam, and a very good intake, and at 10 psi still only made 607 hp at the wheel, and most minds believe this is a inflated number. I could easily make 500 at the wheel at 8.5 psi, so there is nothing wrong with my system, and your numbers were obviously skewed. They are remarkable numbers none the less. But 675 at 10 psi on a 67 mm turbo and stock rotating assembly is impossible. Please check your numbers before posting crap like that.

I dont doubt a stock 5.0 block with heads cam intake made 650 hp, but it wasnt at the wheels, it wasnt at 10 psi, or it wasnt a 67 mm holset hybrid. The turbo map just says it wont do it. I would have no doubt they did it with nitrous though. a 50 shot goes a very long way on a turbo car.

I should clarify... Any bone stock 5.0 with intake mods making 650 hp at 10 psi is impossible. Turbo map of the holset hybrids that hps uses says it wont flow enough air to make that much hp through those heads at 10 psi.

My car was on a safe tune for 8.5 psi and that made 450 hp. on that same tune I put C12, and added the boost up to 10 psi. SHould be somewhere round 500ish. As for any mustang making 650 hp on 10 psi out of a 67 mm turbo, thats physically impossible without nitrous. So dont talk out of your ass. Thanks again for the vid man they are always a treat.

Wait for the next video. I bumped it up to 10 psi, and had some c12 running. Quite a different car at that point
