hate is such a strong word that usually means you got killed by one.

25 grand

its not bascially a neon when was the last time you saw a neon that could handle 450+ horsepower?

you must get butt raped by your girl often huh...

try comparing price for price.....you can have the 25,000 terminator with htose mods for say 27 or 28 grand.... you could have a big turbo with full bolt on srt-4 for the same price. Your choice. Both put out about 500 HP one weighs 3800 lbs the other 2800 lbs.

I bring that back now you get the spoolup of a roots style supercharger and the effciency of a turbo......so if you lost 20% with supercharger and lose 5% with turbo you would only be losing 12.5% and have much better spool.

seems like a waste to me stick another turbo on there instead of the supercharge then you might be able to keep up with the other turbo cars....srt's, sti's, evo's

why bog your motor with s supercharger.....whats the advantage? Your robbing power from the motor by having to spin the supercharger.

But you dont see nascar motors in a dodge caravan.

Its probably close to $100,000 for just the motor. I would think any V8 that is 6 liters would make that kind of power for that kind of money. Look at nascar they run 5.7 and 5.8 liter motors and they make over 700 hp some up to 850 hp.

Horsepower and torque have more to do with the size of the motor than anything. Thats why stroked motors make more torque. You destroke a motor to raise RPM redlines and open the breathing up to make horsepower.
