I don't get it. What's the point ? Are you trying to show everyone how you are failing to drive a 4wd 212hp focus in snow. Get some tires and short shift.

Alright I just commented on the SHO on another page and I thought it was the early 90's V-6 made by Yamaha judging by the intake. Is this yet another SHO because I didn't think the later SHO V-8's had that style intake. Am I just plain wrong ? Sounds good though. What kind of power did the V-8 make stock because I can't remember ?

I posted a comment earlier stating a V-6 and I must have been blind or suffering from a lack a caffine because I can clearly see on the cover it say 32 valve V-8. I stand corrected. I thought it was the early 90's SHO. I going to the fridge to suck down some coke to prevent this gross error in judgement from happening again.

It sounds pretty nice. Is it a 93 LT1 275hp ? You'll enjoy driving it more I'm sure with some sound now instead of being corked up from the factory.

Typical Cadd ! Big cubic inches = low rpm but big torque. Just what you need to pimp a big ride like that around without the drama, almost like they designed it that way.

Rumor is in 09 there going to be taking the 260 hp turbo engine from the solstice and put it in the Colbalt and there putting that engine in the HHR this year. I'm not a HHR fan though.

I like it. I have a ZQ8 stadard cab Colorado I want to do the same to but will wait till summer. Finnally GM comes out with a car that compeditive and now they've done done away with the supercharger SS. They drive me nuts. I like the rectangular tips too.

Oil pressure has lots of variables and oil helps to spread the heat and create a more uniform rate of expansion but it still takes time to get warm. I hope this helps you.

CONTINUE : Modern cars and trucks are so well engineered that you may only notice this in exteme weather or over very long milage but a more simplistic example of this would be to kick start a 80cc 2 stroke dirt bike in DEC in N.H and let it run for about 20-30 seconds and try to run it wide open. It probably will cold seize the piston in the cylinder and damage the rings and cylinder. Just wait.

Justinzme! The real reason you should wait to rev an engine is because when an engine is started the cold the internal parts heat up at different rates thus they have different rates of expansion because when things warm up up they expand. The piston and the cylinder heat up with closer rates of expansion if you allow them more time to warm up instead of trying to force them.

Nice launch. What kind of RPM can the stock clutch repeatedly tolorate ? 3,500 ? Just wondering because I'm thinking about getting one and trying to bump it up to about 350hp. Is Cobb a repitable tunner ? I'm new to the STI scene

As a Tech that just makes me want to cringe. I can just imagine all the fine particles getting into the pullies and filling in the space between the fins of the radiater and getting past the air filter wearing out piston rings and such. It was entertaining though but I'm glad your paying for it and you will. It was a nice truck.

All the people that criticize you are the same people who lack the balls to go out and actually do what they say they do instead of racing from the side of the road. Right on Man !
