SO THEN WHAT DO YOU CALL A LARGE C.I.D ENGINE WITH TURBO LIKE THIS? THERE R SOME FAST ONES OUT THERE BUT THEY COST WAY MORE MONEY TO BUILD THAN A SMALL BLOCK CHEVY AND IF YOU PUT A PORTION OF THAT MONEY IN THE SBC IT WILL HAVE WAY MORE POWER, ONLY THING THE 4 OR 6 BANGER WILL BEAT A V8 IN IS FUEL MILAGE! IM NOT PUTTING THEM DOWN BUT JUST THINK ABOUT IT.....IF YOU SPEND THE SAME MONEY TO BOTH ENGINES AND THE SAME TYPE MODS, SAY TURBO WHICH ONE WILL HAVE MORE POWER..... THATS WHY THERE ARENT ANY 4 CYLINDER DRAGSTERS RUNNING 4 OR 5 SECOND 1/4S...ABOUT THE ONLY REASON THEY CAN COMPETE IN IMPORTS IS BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT DIFS.

GNs are ok considering its a regal(yuk),but most of the GNs you see are not stock and much faster than this one because of it.i have raced them with a stock 350 in my iroc and it is a close race.both cars stock run 14-15 second 1/4 according to Car and Driver for the GN and my 100s of time slips for the iroc.Both cars will beat mustangs in their stock for so im thats all that matters:)
