yup. if it surges and you can't make it stop, then you need a tune. Or if you got a blower or turbo you need one of course.

If its mass air you dont have to tune it, I've never had mine tuned.

Nope, Victor 5.0 is a two piece OEM style fuelie manifold, Victor Jr. is a carb'd manifold. I swapped my old Typhoon out for the Victor and it made a big difference. Also you're right about TW heads, they dont fukc around... especially when they're ported

you need a bigger intake manifold for those heads, trust me! Try a Victor5.0 it will blow your mind
