Or whatever motor they would bore and stroke to improve it.

very true. Plus every year they usually come out with something just a little better or improved upon. Is there a nissan 400Z in the future?

I don't know how you do it. When I found a car I loved and pretty much loved to see run or even sit in. I had to have it. Oh well you'll make your decision soon. I like the newer (don't know model numbers) 350 I test drove one for fun not to long ago. It's def not slow.

Did you finally buy you one? I know you been looking at them for a while.

If I boost below 3000 rpms I hear fluttering or surge and it throw the check engine light. Anyways nice vid looking forward to more in the future.

My 05 isn't like others for some reason. I get no check engine light boosting 17.5 psi like others. But I almost never go full throttle under 3000 rpm's I hear turbo flutter under that which is really really bad for the turbo.

You know they make a simulator for the 2nd O2 sensor don't you? That way it will get rid of that annoying engine light.
|
|
|

overboost code probably. I don't understand why mine doesn't come on. Do you floor it before 3000 rpms at 17-18psi?

Ohh yeah coolant temps also depends on the timing. Thats why it seems sometimes after a long run in the srt it will seem a little slower the next pull if not given time to cool the coolant.

Yes its a knock senor. Along with several other items. The new ECU/PCM whatever you wish to call it are not easy to fool. You still have to do the old fashioned high octane or water/meth injection to not have to worry much about knock. The main one is the knock sensor which will definitely pull timing and add fuel if it raises above a certain threshold.

right around 400 whp can be achieved from an AGP stage 4 kit $3,600....on pump gas at 22-23 psi. Thats on pre tuned maps for the fuel controller.

Take your main ground wire off. Wire brush the spot clean put some dielectric grease on the bolt and tighten it up to spec.

Not to long ago they had a batch of bad fuel that would ruin the fuel sensor. Just a thought.

Check resistance to chassis with the car ignition on. Clean or find a clean metal spot on the car and check and make sure it has 0 ohms or close to it from the neg. side of the battery to the chassis.
