Ya totally right! You throw race gas in ANY car and it will suddenly gain xxx horsepower.
Seeing as how ALL cars naturally come straight from the factory with severe knock, high octane fuel clears that right up.

IIRC either the 13g or the 14b is slightly larger than the stock T25.

The 4G63 is interference as well.
Not like that would be any reason to swap motors.
Talk about shooting yourself in the head when you get a headache.

Great runs.
Out of curiosity, what passes for BPU on an EVO 9?

5spd is sitting in the garage. New motor is sitting next to it.

And the E46 was actually a I6.
Nice try though. :-)

A V8 that revs to 8200! That is going to one amazing vehicle.

Can you explain in a little more detail what this oil pressure orifice exactly is? Never heard of it, but if it helps to preserve turbo seals might be worth looking into.

Absolutely correct Punter. And the added weight is not only for the sake of safety, its also for creature comforts.

Same here. Cars in general are getting increasingly heavier. Its an unfortunate trend. There is no replacement for weight, period.

Quarter mile is great for testing a vehicles raw performance. The track is great for testing the overall vehicular package.
Anyways I don't mind the lack of low end torque. Not too many track vehicles hover in the lower end of the rev band.

The RSX sounds sick. Though the S4 is just mind blowing with those AWD launches (I love how it bucks at every shift).

In fact, all the more appropriate: "Its too bad you need twice as many cylinders."

Thats about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Right along those lines: "too bad your GTO needs an engine to keep up with a bicycle."

Funny caused I've personally witnessed a stock 98 GST keep a car length on a LT1 Camaro.

Were hardly arguing... I was just pointing out that it was not a factory turbo Eclipse. And since it was not a convertable, it doesn't have the larger displacement NA 4g64. What it does for sure have is a Dodge Neon motor. The parts are not in the least bit interchangable between the two. Furthermore he sounded like every other NA 2L with a fart cannon.
Though he could have been spraying.
Either way, the video got a lot of hype for all the wrong reasons.
