Sorry somehow the first time I watched this video I missed you saying you wanted a 335i for whatever reason now those comments make more sense lol....
if you read up on those also they have thier own set of issues with the tranny every car can have issues he choose to let caddy try to fix it. and judging by no more replies on this from him it must be fixed.
why would he want a 335i he used to own a M5.....
Makes the supercharged northstar seem like a much better choice for power...
BBB is only helpful for warning people after the fact....doesnt help anyone in the problem they will just make a note about your issue and it will be filed under the other ones.
State attorney will only get in to it if they didn't adhere to the lemon law.
LOL are you serious.....EVERY car manufacturer has issues....Read his post he has been in or drove or owned just about every car out there.
well good luck to you I hope those problems do not cause other problems later on down the road for you. It seems as though from other post you'll only have this car a short time anyways before you try something else out lol....
Yeah Im going to have to say your dead wrong on this one......Keep up with the customer is always wrong attitude.
Thats sad....Its not like he stuck a 300 shot of nitrous and is complaining now about why it isnt running smooth...I wouldnt play that role if I were you caddy.....youll lose what little sales you do still have.

I know the may not be totally responsible....I however got carmax to pay my full cost and and what I paid for the vehicle everything except oil changes.....I did this by a false advertisement method relating to the 125 point inspection. I know this is a new car but it is entirely possible to hold them to the full price of the car with the pull you have in the automarket and a GOOD lawyer.
could be more fun though....
okay okay enough of the bmw comments....we get the point
thats what six sigma and kaizan blitz methods are suppose to fix we are just behind the asian market they have been using these methods long before us...
he probably wants something more than a performance based 318i he obviously wants a larger type vehicle with power...
he probably wants a grown up car....
he has to give them 3 tries in most states to fix the problem and or a certain numkber of days of them having the car totally I believe the number is 90 days but lemon laws are different for each state.

The whole problem with that is economic situations its just plain cheaper because of how spoiled Americans are with all the paperwork and quality control here. Its not actually our lack of quality control but what quality we will except back into our country it will all be outsourced soon except service jobs.......Its only going to get worse with high minimum wages here you can expect that even more things will be sourced out why pay someone 7.25 when you can move the plant to china or Mexico and pay pennies on the dollar for the same labor.
