I met that guy at the Miller Motorsports Park when I was there for Shelby week, and he was a weenie just like in this video. He did get the numbers on the '95 Cobra R. But he was probably a tech geek in college so no surprises there.

They are faster than 14's. In california I put down a 13.6 fully stock, but in Colorado I ran a 14.7, due mostly to Altitude. Those stock wheels are great for the sleeper look though.
