It's hard to film, drive over 120, make a decent turn, watch the speedo and g meter and still stay on the road, sorry....kickermsp....

the new LS3's are a more potent engine than the LS2s once they have TM tuned out of them, stock for stock they're about the same with maybe a little nudge to the LS3 over 130mph. Looks like the C6 will be around for at least a few more years, so maybe you'll get a chance to get one.

these cars handle better than any I've ever driven, especailly after you get rid of the factory run flat tires. I have the Michelin PS2s and they grip so much better.

btw, I've eaten up quite a few GT500s too....stock or modded...doesn't matter, a brick is a brick. fwiw, my speedo says 200mph and it can ACTUALLY hit 200mph....wow , what a novel concept, having a car that can do what it's supposed to. GT500 owners need a tune just to break 150mph...lol....they can only see 150mph if they're going down hill so that front heavy pig has gravity pulling it down. lmao @ paying $60K for a mid to high 12 second mustang.

you're joking, right? I've ran 600+ HP cobras that could barely break into mid 11's in the 1/4. When rolling, the Cobra doesn't suffer the same weight penalty as it would from a stand still, so they should, on paper, be much better than, in reality , they are. Sorry, Cobras are not the "supercar" most of the owners want them to be , not without tons of work and money spent into upgrades for a single purpose car (drag racing). The Vette is more of an all around performer in every aspect.

lets see, a car with 100+ more rwhp barely goes by a stock C6 from a roll.....if the C6 is an auto, it's even more amazing it stayed with the Cobra because they have torque management programmed into the tranny , the manuals don't. FWIW, I bet the Cobra had more than 460rwhp......

the F430 is barely a mid to high 12 second car, the C6 does that bone stock , and has a higher top end. Glad I saved $150,000.00 and got a Corvette :)
