I guess we should all send our $60 in now huh? :-/

Think about it.......If your car runs on a mass air flow sensor or uses the oxygen sensors like 90% of the cars on the road......how is a item like this going to add gas mileage? I don't know about you guys but my computer controls the air to fuel to stay @ 14.7:1. If anything it might add a slight bit of air but if the comp. controls the fuel ratio then your not really gaining anything.

Looking back at your other videos I guess you have already been through the "it can't be stock" post.

If everything is hooked up correctly and no riging of the waste gate arm (look for a spring attached to the arm) Then you have a leak in your waste gate line coming from the turbo. The stock car does not boost 20 psi and if it does it's running lean if it's using the stock injectors without reprogramming anything in the computer. You need to investigate that. It's not helping performance it's hurting it and also putting your motor in jeopardy. Of course you could have a bad stock boost gauge. What is your boost gauge sit at when @ idle and with the engine off?

Check engine light from the O2 sensor?

Not that it matters its as street legal as any other "daily driven" 1400 hp car *joking* Anything that requires a parachute to race with most likely isn't going to be driven daily to work and home. I don't know about anyone else but I haven't seen very many dragsters at all running down the road unless it's a hot rod and even then they don't drive around all the time.

There is no way those are only 10.5" slicks. 10.5" equals 266.7 mm. It comes stock with depending on the years 315mm wide rear tire up to 345 mm wide on what I believe varied from 12" wide to 13" wide. Check out how much those sidewalls are outside of the fender well. those have to be at least stock range size.

Yeah I went that route also when I had my stang. Fun but not very user friendly.

Also the fastest "stock" powered mustang a long time ago with just about everything else done to it ran really low 11's several years back so it's probably gotten even faster so it's definetly possible to make the car run fast while still using the stock engine. But you have to remove just about everything in the car, add fiberglass body parts, put a 4.10 rear end and remove every item in the engine bay that isn't used to make power like a/c, power steering, smog blah blah blah.

I could see this happening. Probably low 14 maybe high 13 mustang versus a low 14 or high 13 srt. It didn't really look like 2 cars lengths ahead though but I wasn't there......Good race keep the videos coming.

You should really try positive thinking. Your such a negative person. You don't even post good comments just one's of you crying.

That's pretty sick. One Q though. Your a/f ratio was above 13's? Are you running 110 oct. or water/meth inj.?

Just one more quick thing to think about. Why are all the tractor trailer not breaking down at 50,000 miles. They are all turbo. No you usually see them with 300,000+ miles on them. It's all about the material the motor is made of tuning and static comp. ratio's. There is A LOT more to it but this is just the basics of understanding forced induction. Start there and then if your still interested it will lead into all the info you would ever want to know about everything from motors to air to fuel to compressors to.........
|
|
|
|
It's not about psi. It's about static....do some more homework.
Is 15 psi on a 8:1 comp. motor the same as 15 psi on a 10:1 comp motor.
