EDIT: Sorry, I see that you did shift into 4th, I guess your gearing just threw me because that only brought it to 110ish. How about 5th? Everyone loves a high speed run!

I have to agree they do sound the same. Let me tell ya, Borla catback (non-stinger...the origional one), will give it a MUCH different note. It won't sound like just any other stang anymore. Check out my vids for what I'm talking about.

Not at all. Well, it was both better and worse than I thought it would be. Thank GOD I put the starter back on before the LTs when on...which the directions did not state to do.

275 Nitto DRs, which are now completely bald from burnouts like that. Unfortunately I've found that the Nittos don't really hook great unless you REALLY heat them up. Exhaust was as mentioned above. Otherwise I have JLT rai, custom sct tune, Accufab 70m tb and plenum. Tri-ax shifter. Full weight, spare and jack in trunk, tires were probably around 16psi.

Thanks guys. I'm close to 12s, but I need to do a lot of neglected maintenance before I race again. This is my DD, so I need to take care of it. No head or cam work done, my goal is to get 12's with JUST bolt-ons (no gears or cams, or drag suspension), before I go KB. The springs I have are definitely hurting me, but I'll just have to deal...

This was with stock exhaust manifolds, an Pypes off road x-pipe, and a Borla (non-stinger) catback.

Correct, no gears but I forgot to mention the Borla catback...not like it adds power or anything, we all know that. I goal is to get 12s with no suspension, gears or internal work...it's gunna be tough!

Mods were Eibach prokit springs, pypes o/r xpipe, nitto DRs (275), tri-ax shifter, jlt ram air intake, accufab tb and plenum, linelock, steeda ultralites (actually a bit heavier than stock), and a custom tune.

This might just be my favorite car ever...just wish it has a Ford engine, but then it wouldn't sound as good or be as fast. What kind of muffler is on there?
