you had massive blow by out the exhuast too. Time for new rings, and while you got it apart, might as well put at least forged pistons in.

looks like black smoke to me which is fuel. You maybe running to rich. If it was blue smoke and it continued after teh car was warmed up and as you drove it, then its rings which can lead to loss of power by loss of compression. If it was valve seals its no big problem cause they expand after it warms up and wont leak.

dont cut holes in teh bumper like your old one. it looks much better with turn downs
