the 1st and 2nd try was done on the same set of spike tires..the problem was the fresh fallen snow on the track, on that the tries lost traction for that reason they mounted a different set of spike tires for the 3. try with 7mm spikes

the cable was only a safty equipment it was fixed on the ski ramp and a roll back break (through that the cable moved) was mounted under the car to hold it in place the moment the driver stops.. if they wanted to fake that thing they would have deleted the cable from the video later.. with todays technology this would be no problem..

nice to compare a new car with a out of production car.. the RS4 is so old that it isn´t avaible anymore in Europe since October last year. What they wanna prove? That this Lexus can hang with last generation German supersedans? Take a e90 M3 or a C 63 AMG.. both have destroyed the IS-F in every test all around the world including Japan.

yes because BMW started to copy Audi´s rear design. After the ugly rear of the e90 BMW added the look of A4/S4/RS4 rear to the e92 Coupe.. today Audi gets blamed that their cars look like BMW.. correct would be to blame BMW that their e92 look at the rear like Audi

@svxsti 8P is the modelcode for the curret S3 generation, looking at the acceleration the S3 looks completely stock... @chrispsti only the US E36 M3 was slow..in europe it was powered by 3.0l straight 6 with 286hp or with 3.2l straight 6 with 321hp.. both the S3 and the e36 M3 (286hp) are 20s 0-125mph cars..that is as fast as Evo VIII or IX, 2s faster as 350Z or Corvette C5

The Polo is powered by a over 1000hp VW 1.8 16V Turbo engine (not the 1.8T! the engine is from an old Golf GTI 16V) the AWD system comes from a Audi TT. The car has a register intercooler copyed from a old Audi quattro WRC Group B Rally car... because of the low weight and extrem short wheelbase the Polo has lot of problems to get the power to the ground.. There is a threat with a Dyno pull video of that little over 1000hp AWD Polo

one street away from my home lives a older guy owning a very nice red Lancia Delta Integrale HF... collectors conditions.. unfortunatily he will never sell it :(

That car isn´t from Germany it is from swiss and it is register in swiss...were they have by far the hardest laws to get a car street legal world wide..

IT is the road going version of the Opel Astra DTM.. the bodykit is not for show it is for extrem downforce. It is powered by a 4.0l V8 440hp (restriced by air restrictors), the engine is a front/midengine (behind the front axle in front of the driver).. it is RWD. BTW Lexus used the race version of this car to build a wannabee Lexus DTM IS-F show car..
