I don't think that he realizes that this was his first time at the track on the setup, so the suspension needed tweaking, launching technique need to be learned, testing for traction, and every else.....its only 8.5psi of boost, so you cant expect a whole lot!

It spun slightly at the 1-2 shift, but otherwise it hooks good on the M/T radials! Granted at higher boost setting something else will need to be done, but for now traction is not the problem. Once the boost starts to go up, i am sure that the E/T Drags will NEED to be the replacement tire!

1.7's i believe.....the problem is that its street driven and only has a 3k stall converter, so it would not let him launch on boost. With a slightly looser converter and a 1.4 short time it will be mid 9's on pump gas for sure!!!

Regal has a built 8.0:1 compression bottom end, T62-1 turbo, ported heads, ST2 turbo cam, and a fully built tranny. Put down 456whp on a mustang type dyno on 20psi and pump gas....if you search for "boosted2000" he has the video of me and the cobra running (cobra on nitrous tune)

its the same civic, but he blew up the last motor and is back out on another stock motor and starting from scratch again, so its not as bad as it was before, so don't be fooled!

Actually Torrie's made 1086rwhp. Joe's car made 1453rwhp, and S6 is currently working on a new stroker setup for Joe's car that should make in the neighborhood of 1800whp......
