No,it's running 4.6 dohc, not 5.0 dohc.forged bottom end,stock heads ,stock cams,3K stall TC,Vortech s-trim,255 drag radials.

It's an auto now because my manual trans won't bolt up to modular engine.I'm pulling this motor back out and dropping forged Teksid over winter time.It's gonna get either built auto ,TKO 500 or T56 in spring time.

Yee,it's pretty sad when you already start with little light weight shoe box and you have to gut it out, put different engine and turbo kit to stay even with stockish 96 cobra.BTW the video description is WRONG Cobra was running stock 3.27 rear end gear and stock clutch that time. Cobra had BBK intake,Flowmaster cut-back exhaust and slicks during this race.James.... it says that guy who drives a pick up truck .Let's line up my crappy mustang GT against your super fast dakota.

there is a light right above the timing bords, it shows which car crosses the 1/4 mile marker first and you can clearly see it goes off on the right side timing board.

It's not who gets better ET times it's who crosses the finish line first as you see in this video COBRA WON this race.We just discovered that the cobra has stock 3.27 gear.So intake exhaust cobra run same times as gutted out engine swap turbo crx on drag radials.I know what turbo 4 cylinder cars get for MPG.My body had 99 si with turbo it was running great I thinh low 13's but his gas milage was worst than my pick up truck.Another body of mine has 03 evo with all the bolt-ons on high boost with stock turbo and he said that his evo is getting worst MPH than his full size SUV.Crx had drag radials ,so why do you cry that cobra had slicks.put stock street tires on a crx and it would run 16's because it's a wrong wheel drive car.BTW REAL CARS DON'T POWER FRONT WHEELS THEY LIFT THEM.

Mustang cost little more money but it isn't 20 year old gutted out, ugly looking wrong wheel drive square box like crx.Give cobra 7-8 psi of boost and even your dohc vtec will get destroyed every time.It's funny how all the import lovers saying that crx is so fast and great but he run against intake,exhaust cobra.What does the stock crx run with intake and exhaust probably 20's.

They both run 13.4 but cobra crossed the finish line first as you see the light went on above the time board on right line,so basically cobra won the race.

Dude ... holy crap you still got a lot to learn when you think that wrong wheel drive car has better traction than rear wheel drive car.Even wrong wheel drive car with 200-300 hp a can't get any traction on the street.Wrong wheel drive cars are good cars to get you from point A to point B aka work co mutters ans that's about it.I've been going to all kinds of 1/4 mile tracks for years and i think I have better chances to get stroked by a lightning than see single digits wrong wheel drive car when I'm at the track.before you start your BS I know there are single digit wrong WD cars out there.Now for the race Supra should kill the lincoln no problem spatially having 300 rwhp advantage but it didn't and would need to have right equipment and set up to do that.If you would bet me your BEAST that day when that race happened you'll loose my friend because I've seen that supra making around 10 passes that day and the run with the Lincoln was the supras best and last run of the day which was 12.1 @ 135 mph.Some of the kids think that way I'll slap a big turbo on my supra and I'll have a festest car on the planet until i go to the track and realize that my supra only running 12s.There is more involved to run great times then just big power that's why most of the fast Supras you see are the shop cars that spent more time on the dyno machine than you will ever spend on the shittter and have right equipment to run great times.btw don't get angry it's not your falt that you can't drive a REAL car and have to drive your WRONG WHEEEL DRIVE BEAST.have a nice night sir haaaa.haaaa haaaa.

VR6 guy , I think you get owned every time you get inside your 20 second WRONG WHEELL DRIVE beast .Exactly IT SHOULD HAVE KILLED that Lincoln but it DIDN'T even with having close to 300 rwhp advantage and slicks. the video clearly shows that power it's not everything to run great times.
1D43..... who cares that you OWNED 2 supras,they both probably were running 12s or 13s even if the had 700 rwph anyways,just like the supra in the video. The lincoln is my brothers car and I own 96 mustang with 03 cobra powertrain and 95sc with 4.6 dohc .Go do some research before you say more stupid crap that 4.6 dohc won't even come close 2JZ.There is 03 cobra running 8s on bone stock long block and there is plenty 800 900 rwhp cobras running around.BTW it looks 4.6 dohc didn't have to come close to 2jz this time,it got the job done at 8 psi with smallest available centi blower and 300 rwhp less vs huge t-76 turbo probably running 25-30 psi.DAMN we really need to start building 1/2 mile tracks for you guys. have a good day .......

All the new mods are almost done.It's going on the rollers in 2-3 weeks with new mods and it's gonna hit the track shortly after the tune.

Sure,someone put slicks on stock supra and trapped 135 mph.If that supra was stock it would be at least 10 cars behind the mark VIII at 1/4 mile marker not one car behind .Click on my user name and you will see what the mark VIII run on old set up with 3K stall last year than all of you who is saying that the supra didn't trap 135 mph will change your mind.
