If you look at the notes of the video, you will see that the SRT4 was in the left lane and the Galant was in the right lane - My galant beat the SRT4 Stage 2 up to about 110 MPH or so, then it came back

Galant just got a full suspension upgrade, not too worried about the twisties anymore...and there was NO NITROUS
