You are an idiot! I have yet to see a street civic run an 11. Furthermore I have never seen a street Civic making 400HP. You are nuts! An F body may only have one cam but it will kill any Civic any day. I have a 2001 SS and when it was stock it ran 13.2's that is equivelant to a gutted civic with a built motor and a turbo or with N2O. The fastest I've seen a street Honda run s like a 12.5 in an Integra Gutted with slicks and turbo'd.

Ha ha. It's true. I have a 2001 SS and I guarantee I haven't wasted as much money as that guy on parts. I have long tubes, 3 1/2" exhaust, TB and spacer, MAF, GM's hot cam and lifter set, 4.10's, 3500 stall converter, Shift kit, Msd ignition, Drag Radials, 160 degree stat, alum. radiator, Nitrous Express wet kit 100hp, and a re mapped ecu. I have only spent like $3k in parts, it costs that much just to turbo a Honda. The difference is mine runs 11.8's @ 128mph and that honda runs in the 15's still. Quit wasting money and just buy an F body. LOL

Yeah it is impressive that the 4 cyl honda kept up with the camaro. But th ink, that was a z2k, you can pick up an LS1 Z28 for very little money. Th e guy in the honda probably had so much more money into his car than the p robably close to stock camaro. There is no decent argument for why hondas and other riceburners are better than domestics. Obviously their infamou s "power to weight ratio" doesnt matter too much if he is still getting schooled by stock camaros that cost less than his car.
